Firstly, lets check that the license hasn't been deposited in your iLok account - see this article: https://support.schwabedigital.com/hc/en-us/articles/26571966370963-Activate-Plug-in-license-using-iLok
Next, Log in to your Schwabe Digital account and check the iLok ID entered during sign-up.
Once logged in, Navigate to Orders -> Click on your order number (#XXX-XXX-XXX) and then 'Printer Friendly Receipt'. Check that the iLok ID is the same on both the receipt and in your iLok license manager.
Then, log into your iLok license manager and check it is the same as highlighted in red in the screenshot below.
If not, please contact us. Your account will need to be reset and your iLok ID updated, which will shortly require your cooperation.
