If the iLok or computer hosting your Schwabe Digital license was lost, stolen or damaged, you will firstly need to report this to PACE by submitting an RMA.
In most cases, PACE will be able to transfer all licenses onto a new location that is accessible to you, but they may sometimes ask manufacturers to reissue licenses instead. If this is the case, please forward any corresponding information or correspondence to us whilst submitting a request form to our Customer Support team. We will then get you up an running as soon as possible.
