If you've purchased a new computer and want to move your licenses to your new computer, you just need to complete a few steps depending on where your original license resided.
The license is hosted on a computer
- Open and log in to iLok License Manager
- Select your (old) computer on the left
- You will see your Schwabe Digital license activated on the right. Drag and drop it onto the blue square (showing your iLok ID) in the top left of the window
- Click OK in the popup
- On your new computer, install, open and log in to iLok License Manager.
- Select the blue square (showing your iLok ID) in the top left of the window, followed by the 'Available' tab
- Drag and drop the Schwabe Digital license onto you the desired location shown on the left (either an iLok or your new computer).
If your old computer is broken, or you can't access it, you will need to report this to PACE/iLok. Please see this FAQ on how to do this.
The license is hosted on an iLok Dongle
If your license is activated to a physical iLok dongle (gen 2 or 3), the only thing you need to do is connect your iLok dongle to your new computer and install the latest version of the iLok License Manager.
